In a recent statement on Nintendo Japan's official website; Nintendo president Satoru Iwata had a lot to say about the companies recent bad run in sales and how they are going to attempt to change the fortunes of the Wii U and Nintendo as a company in 2014.

After last year not having any form of Nintendo precense at the British Academy of Game Awards (The videogame equivalent of BAFTAS... the BAGAS just doesn't sound right), not even so much as a nomination.

I am pleased to let you know that they're back in business time around with nominations in various categories;

Super Mario 3D World is nominated for best game
Unsurprisingly this wasn't the last we were going to hear of the critically acclaimed Super Mario 3D World at the BAFTA Game awards; Super Mario 3D World is also nominated in a trio of other categories including the Family, Multiplayer and Music categories.

Good day, we've now defeated Super Mario 3D World's second bonus world "World Mushroom". This world is made up of levels from the other worlds with nasty twists, be it speed runs, an injection of additional enemies, or a night time dark version. This guide will show you how to collect all the green stars in this world, there aren't any stamps here.

Masahiro Sakurai doesn't reveal new(or returning) and devastating attacks every day. But when he does, they appear to hit pretty hard. I mean you just have to look at Donkey Kong's face in the latest shots from the upcoming Super Smash Bros title for Wii U and 3DS when he gets hit by Toon Link's Home-run bat attack.

How hard can the little guy really have hit DK? seeing as the below picture appears to show Donkey Kong leaving the arena against the will of gravity, it must pack quite the punch.

This move is sure to be a favourite with fans, I mean who doesn't enjoy looking into the slightly protruding eyes of their opponents just before they take flight? So what do you guys think of the return of the Home Run Bat?
