King Koopa uses a magic flute to kidnap Pasta Land's children. Mario and friends head to his castle to rescue them. They end up trapped in the dungeon and try to think of a plan to get the children safely back home.

When Mario and Luigi's mother's basil bush is dying they turn to the crazy Dr. Toby for help.
