Mario and friends have entered Turtlevania and seek shelter in King Koopa's castle. They soon learn of Koopa's evil plan to capture Princess and turn her into a vampire. Another problem they need to tackle is that the whole place is crawling with monsters.

When Harry Blackstone Jr. teaches Luigi how to make things vanish Luigi then accidently makes Mario vanish!
